White van has been sitting for hours and I have had multiple neighbors asking me what I've seen . A male and female Hispanic have been walking around and sometimes with a shopping cart and staring at residences . Normally this would not raise any concerns but one neighbor specifically asked very concerned if I had anything in video as of yet .
