Street Flooded at 2905 Imperial Ave

To whom it may concern. We are the owners of the building 2907 imperial ave. The buisness owner (Mile Beauty Salon) Gets her buisness flooded every time it rains. It is not fair to her or us. Every time we call to complain some comes out and pretends they are doing something about it and sometimes they clean it, but that is not enough to solve the problem. It is obvious that an updated storm drain needs to be constructed. We have been complaining for years and years and nothing gets done. We are going to take legal matters if this problem doesn't get resolved. We are completely fed up.
