I have a problem with vehicles parked/stored alongside my house at 4902 Greenbrier Ave on the Havenwood Ave side of my house (corner house). Cars of neighbors are habitually parked and when the street sweepers come my curbs are not cleaned due to all the cars/trucks parked there. There is a man at 4912 Havenwood Ave who parks his large boat at my house and washes his boat out after going fishing. Smelly fish debris and smell is washed onto to street and never gets cleaned by sweepers due to ever
