(H72) Rain makes a river in alley !!! It's such a mess !! Peoples litter all over in this pond , because there's no way for this pot hole dirt mess near my parking spot in this alley where I live !! To dry up after a rain storm !! Please help !!! Pave this alley of just fill it with rocks ??? It's awful !! I park on street most of the time !! on street there's barely any parking !!! Litter
