Alley between Rhode Island and Massachusetts street, Madison and Hoffman street. About a month ago the city came and laid rocks and DG material towards the top of the alley on Madison. It totally changed the trajectory of the water flowing down (recent rains)the alley right into my property, flooded my shed, nearly my house and my laundry facilities. I asked for similar help 2 years ago in April 19 when a granny flat was added in the alley. Please call me when here.
