Miss placed fwy sign, should be on Adams ave were it could be seen and turned on its side

Signal isn't facing wrong direction, but the cone surrounding the green light is missing, making it hard to see during the daytime. This is located on the NW corner of Clairemont Mesa Blvd & Mercury St.

Traffic Signal facing west (for east bound traffic) on Seaworld Drive at the exit to the Seaworld parking lot is aimed about 15-20 degrees south (to it's left). It is not possible for east bound drivers in the u turn lane to see the sign...

A tall vehicle has smashed the traffic signal visor in the signal head at 1802 West Washington St and the green signal is no longer visible to westbound traffic transitioning from westbound India St to West Washington.

The signal head on the NW corner for northbound traffic is facing to the left and is facing eastbound traffic.

Signal head on the SE corner is facing 45 degrees to the left.

Left turn green arrow southbound convoy to eastbound Othello is turned the wrong way, facing eastbound Othell oncoming traffic.

This issue has been persistent for over 3 months. Heading westbound the light turns red every minute because the left turn arrow, when heading eastbound, gets triggered when there are no cars there. Happens every single day without fail....
