Construction noise is way too loud for this early in the morning... No idea where it's coming from bit it's so loud

People living here removed the fence and are driving up the sidewalk to park car in front yard damaging sidewalk. Is this approved by city ordinances?

This lady has a garage sale every day of the week. Sometimes obstructing the side walk because of so much stuff. It's an eye sore, I don't want to live next to thrift shop.

Flooding rainwater caused all the dirt to flush down the road during storms a while back. Now it's a major trip hazard. I'm wondering if it's possible to ask to have it refilled with dirt.
