Feces on sidewalk in front of childcare entrance.

Hard to walk on sidewalk due to overgrown plants blocking access-safety hazard. Usually cars are parked next to the curb which makes it even more impossible to pass that side yard sidewalk.

Water meter hole cover is broken. The inner piece of cover has collapsed in, creating a walking hazard. The hazard cone keeps getting moved around and is no longer near the hole.
