Please remove these center dividers on Madison Avenue at the intersection of Utah Street. They are a safety hazard to pedestrians at night. When walking my dogs wearing reflective gear and with an LED flashlight, cars still don't see me and I've come close to being hurt. The design is causing a drivers eyes to gaze to the right & they are not paying attention to cars or pedestrians approaching from the left. When it rains, it floods the street making it a safety hazard for drivers and a hazard for pedestrians on the sidewalk from getting soaked by the splash of the cars. If these center dividers are removed, stop signs could be installed to help control traffic. Lastly, the parking could be freed up again providing approximately 12 additional street parking spots.
