Tree Maintenance at 4330 Meade Ave

Illegal dumping by homeless camp & also, eucalyptus tree belonging to the city and weeds need to be removed and or trimmed so that we don't have a fire or homeless camping under tree and illegally dumping. Loud noise and drugs & pooping by hi homeless. This is happening behind our property and also the neighbors.
