Quality of life issues at 2783 K St

The La Posta market has installed new outdoor lighting that is extremely bright and intrusive. It appears to be installed incorrectly so as to be a violation of San Diego Municipal Code re commercial outdoor lighting. It's so bright it can be seen inside my apartment across the street. Someone should inspect the lighting.
