Sidewalk at 6970 Regner Rd
The City began demolition of our corner sidewalk last week to make it handicap accessible. In the process without respect, the nearly non-English speaking Mexican man crossed onto our property zone, pulled up our 20-25 feet of bender board, yanking up landscape staples and fabric while displacing gravel. He grabbed several hand- sized rocks that were arranged around our trees and tossed them onto the plastic tarp covering the trench. There was no boss or Supervisor around. They are returning Monday, March 4 to pour concrete. The City needs to make sure our property damage is fixed and no further damage occurs!
