Excessive dogs that is not supposed to live on property. Making too much noise 6 or 7 dogs on property.

Barking dog in apartment #2 started at 5am last two days. Barks, whines, howls for hours. Yesterday dog was unattended from 11am Sunday to 7pm Monday.

Tree was trimmed awhile ago by a city crew and limbs were left behind fence. Lots of dead branches and trash. Whole area needs to be cleaned up & trees trimmed again, they are pushing this temporary fence onto sidewalk.

A dog has been barking for the past hour. The owners do not appear to be home. The animal appears to be alone in the apartment.
