The guardrail on G Street near 19th Street is disconnected from its pylons and is lying in the street. To my understanding, it has been this way for at least a month. This is a major hazard for drivers; please fix it.

This does not look safe at all and it has been like this for several months. It's located near the bathroom on the bottom of the park near Taylor.

Guide wire cover has come undone. Wires are exposed!

There are 6 white guard rail markers out at Sunset Cliffs and Froude at the pedestrian walkway. There is 1 out at Sunset Cliffs and Guizot.

I did not found the right category but you can see in the picture that is a metal pole by the comfort station.

Gate unlocked and broken when locked (opens wide / bent posts allowing transients access through instead of forcing them over or under).
