Hello, this transient was going through the entire blocks bins and leaving trash everywhere. Also trespassed on my neighbors property. Scavenger is going onto private property and driveways to rummage through items.

There has been a big issue with homeless scavenging through the alley and making a large mess in the alley, they have even began dedicating by our vehicles. The police have escorted a few off the property but they keep coming back.

People living in this narrow section of plantings between each side of grand avenue. Toms of trash too.

Homeless man who has taken a lot of the garbage out of the dumpsters and has it all over the place. He was there when I got to work (5pm) and is still there now as I'm leaving (1:30am)
