There is no drainage for a lot of water that pulls up and begins to stink like something died as the warmer season begins.

NOTE: PLEASE CHECK TO SEE IF THIS CEMENT BLOCKAGE IN THE GUTTER CURB LINE SHOULD BE REMOVED. Concrete diverted in gutter left behind from construction. It causes gutter water to diverted onto street causing early wear on street.

Exercise deck built improperly and when it rains this parking spot becomes flooded. The deck is NEVER used and is a business and takes away from parking on the street.
