Trip hazard and broken sidewalk in Front of Partnership Front door

The sidewalk is a little raised. The biggest issue is that it is a tripping hazard.

Tree grate has dropped below curbline trip hazard Westside Park Boulevard in between Island and J St. closest to the J and park corner first tree grate

Sidewalk was repaired but finished with blacktop, not concrete. Maybe this is temporary but wanted to report it. I certainly hope the city will come back and pour concrete to make a permanent repair.

Sidewalk inaccessible forcing pedestrians to walk on street where speeds reach 50 mph creating a serious safety risk maybe resulting in death or fatal accident!!!

Unable to use wheelchair on the Northside of Palm Avenue due to overgrown vegetation and forced to use street where vehicles exceed 40 mph. It is too dangerous to use wheelchair on street.

Missing utility cover on sidewalk. Hazard

Pothole at bus stop on NW corner of camino del norte and carmel mountain road

There is a broken utility cover on the sidewalk! It has a fairly large hole as the cover has crumbled.

At Parkside park Safety issue at park this needs to be repaired and yellow taped with sign
